Terms and Conditions of Use

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (GTU) define the terms of use of the Reflektif platform (reflektif.net), published by Netz Informatique SAS. By registering on the platform, you unreservedly accept these GTU.

Article 2 — Service description

Reflektif is an AI-assisted career guidance platform. It offers the following services:

• Psychometric tests (RIASEC, Big Five, Professional Values)
• Personalized AI-assisted debriefings
• Career exploration and job recommendations
• AI analysis reports
• Admission file preparation
• Training search

Article 3 — Registration

Access to the platform requires account creation. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

For users under 15, the account must be created by a parent or legal guardian.

Article 4 — Subscription Plans

Reflektif offers three levels of access:

• Gratuit — Limited access (1 test)
• Standard — Access to all tests and debriefings
• Expert — Full access including AI reports, admission files, and training search

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. No refunds will be issued after payment, except in exceptional cases upon request to [email protected].

Article 5 — Use of Artificial Intelligence

Reflektif uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate personalized analyses and recommendations. The user acknowledges and accepts that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a definitive diagnosis
• AI reports do not replace the guidance of a professional advisor
• Results depend on the quality of the data provided
• Netz Informatique SAS cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content

Article 6 — User obligations

The user agrees to:

• Use the platform solely for personal career guidance purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Not share their login credentials with third parties
• Not engage in activities that may compromise the platform's security
• Not use the generated content for commercial purposes

Article 7 — Account deletion

The user may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion will result in the permanent erasure of all personal data, in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.

Article 8 — Limitation of Liability

Netz Informatique SAS does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical failures. Netz Informatique SAS cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the platform (design, algorithms, content, trademarks) are the property of Netz Informatique SAS. The user has a right to use the reports and documents generated as part of their personal career guidance.

Article 10 — Modifications

Netz Informatique SAS reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. In case of substantial modification, users will be informed by email.

Article 11 — Applicable law

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Strasbourg will have sole jurisdiction.
